It also fits other brands of gravity water filters, including [Berkey water filters](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/productcategorie/waterfilters/waterfilter/filterresultaten/berkey/) and [Pure Filters water filters](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/productcategorie/waterfilters/waterfilter/filterresultaten/pure-filters/). It also fits the stainless steel water filters from British Berkefeld, ProOne, Phoenix, Aqua Logic, Monderma, Newton and more.**\n\nThe BOROUX stainless steel tap in white is designed for durability and reliability. This tap is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel with a high-quality coating (outside only) and guarantees long-lasting performance and a sleek, modern appearance. It is fitted with food-safe silicone rings that provide a safe, leak-proof seal, and a ceramic shut-off valve. This makes it an ideal choice as a replacement for an existing (plastic) tap.\n\n#### Stable water flow and compatibility\n\nDesigned for easy installation and smooth operation, the BOROUX stainless steel tap in white delivers a precise, constant water flow, so you always get the perfect amount of filtered water. Whether you want to upgrade the tap of an existing water filter or replace a worn tap, the BOROUX stainless steel tap in white is a reliable choice that improves both the functionality and the look of your water filter.\n\nThe tap fits all [BOROUX water filters](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/productcategorie/waterfilters/waterfilter/filterresultaten/boroux/), as well as other gravity water filter systems with a tap hole opening of 1.5 to 1.9 cm, including [Berkey](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/productcategorie/waterfilters/waterfilter/filterresultaten/berkey/), [Pure Filters](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/productcategorie/waterfilters/waterfilter/filterresultaten/pure-filters/), British Berkefeld, ProOne, Phoenix, Aqua Logic, Monderma, Newton and more.\n\nThe tap is also available in [stainless steel](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/producten/boroux-rvs-kraantje/) and [black](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/producten/boroux-rvs-kraantje-zwart/). These were developed specially for, among others, the coloured variants of the [BOROUX Legacy™ Compact or BOROUX Legacy™ water filter](https://www.alternatievemiddelen.nl/productcategorie/waterfilters/waterfilter/filterresultaten/boroux/). Of course they also fit other brands of water filters, but do keep in mind that with a coloured tap there will then be a colour difference.\n\n#### Features of the BOROUX stainless steel tap in white:\n\n- Made of high-quality stainless steel (304)\n\n- High-quality coating (outside only)\n\n- Wide opening\n\n- Simple on / off handle position\n\n- Fill a 250 ml glass in a few seconds\n\n#### What is included with the BOROUX stainless steel tap in white\n\nThe stainless steel tap, including two food-safe silicone sealing rings, two stainless steel cover plates, a stainless steel fixing nut with a simple thread and easy-to-follow installation instructions.\n\n#### Assembly\n\nAssembly is very simple. The tap comes with a nut, 2 silicone sealing rings and 2 stainless steel cover plates. Push the tap through the hole in the lower container of the water filter. Make sure there is a silicone sealing ring and a stainless steel cover plate on both the inside and the outside. Then screw the nut onto the thread of the tap (on the inside of the water filter) and tighten it well. This last step is very important, because if it is not tightened properly, water may leak. So tighten it firmly! You are then ready to use it and can draw water from the water filter.", "guides": [], "is_new": false, "created": "2026-10-16T08:39:20Z", "updated": "2026-10-16T10:52:31Z" } }
