Berkey Water Filter Anti-Airlock Clip (Vapor Lock Clip)

Berkey Water Filter Anti-Airlock Clip (Vapor Lock Clip) – This little clip prevents a vacuum in the bottom chamber of your Berkey water filter and is easy to fit on the rim of the bottom chamber. You can also use it on other brands of water filter if you have a vacuum problem with them.

Sometimes there is still plenty of water in the bottom chamber of your Berkey water filter, but when you want to draw some off, nothing comes out. This is what is known as an airlock (vacuum). The two chambers fit together so perfectly that no air can get in. It is hard to predict in advance when this will happen, but it is certainly annoying.

This product is the solution!

Place the Berkey Water Filter Anti-Airlock Clip on the rim of the bottom chamber of your Berkey water filter with the rounded side facing outwards. Then place the top chamber on top. The clip ensures that air can always get in and that a vacuum can no longer form. Problem solved!

The Berkey Water Filter Anti-Airlock Clip is also part of the Berkey Water Filters Priming Starter Kit.
