Shipping and returns
Shipping
- We ship all over Europe, from our warehouse in Hegelsom (the Netherlands).
- We process your order as soon as the payment is in. Processed orders are handed to PostNL, DHL or DPD on working days until 18:00.
- Within the Benelux your parcel reaches you in at most 3 working days. Every shipment is insured, so there is no risk for you.
- You will see the shipping costs for your country in the shopping basket, before you pay. The rates per country are listed below.
- As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with track and trace.
Returns
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please let us know first by e-mail or WhatsApp, and we will send you the return address and instructions. The cost of sending it back is yours. As soon as the product has reached us, we will refund you within 14 days.
Filter elements whose seal has been broken cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons (article 8). A system that is unused in its box can, of course, be returned. Everything is set out in our terms and conditions.
Warranty
The statutory warranty applies to all products. Is something wrong? WhatsApp Tom a photo and we will sort it out together.

Amounts in euro, incl. VAT, per order. You also see the amount for your country in the cart, before you pay. Outside the EU we deliver DAP (Delivered at Place): import duties and taxes in the country of destination are paid by the recipient.
